So what does the blocking of sunlight by chemtrails do to add to vitamin D deficiency? A LOT! A "hell" of a LOT!! And check out the fluoride action network's findings on what THAT poison will do to your pineal gland, which, by the way, works with vitamin D to make melatonin and other necessary metabolites that keep you healthy!! They just showed what vit D does to a cancer cell under a microscope. Do we look at the physical proof? Or...do we just keep believing what we are told by the FDA...?

Oh this is so confusing. I get heatrash on my hands if I'm out in the sun for even 5 mins so I have to wear sunscreen on it. Is the sunscreen unsafe too? Is there a suitable alternative? I have Lyme Disease by the way and I'm getting a lot of mixed messages about Vitamin D and sun exposure.

Had started taking 1,000iu plus calcium citrate mag + D. Will double my D3. Have noticed pain alleviation and lower flu and cold incedents.

it's true, people only recently stared using sunscreens, and skin cancer only recently started increasing...

I was just diagnosed with severe vitamin D deficiency. This was very informative.

Informative video. What they did not comment on is thatongoing research is now saying that vitamin D helpsyour telomeres. A telomere is a region of repetitive DNA at the end of chromosomes, which protects the end of the chromosome from destruction.I take 2000 IU per day of vitamin D3 with food divided into 2 doses. This amount of vitamin D is the equivalent of spending about 12 minutes hour in the sun per day.

5,000 units daily of vitamin D is the equivalent of spending about 1/2 hour in the sun per day. |
