1. too much b6 can be harmful? says who? it's water soluble. it will never be harmful. 2. 1.2 miligrams? is she on drugs? that's not even a trace amount. so one one-thousandth of a gram is the max daily allowance? who wrote this hogwash.for those who need vitamin b6 300 milligrams daily should be the bare minimum you take. excellent for immune, carpal tunnel syndrome, depression... etc.

research & see my channel:P5P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate the active form of vB6.I've heard pyroluria, affects ~10% across most races, may have a stealth pathogenic link. Pyroluria also occurs in stress, creating "kryptopyrroles" that bind vB6 to zinc, causing extreme deficiency of both.P5P deficit reduces chromium, manganese, magnesium, vB3. Extent of the deficits are so large that they cannot be counterbalanced by foods that are rich in these vitamins or minerals.

Be very careful taking vitamin B6. I took less then the recommended daily intake and got chest pain and shortness of breath. I researched B6 on the net and was shocked to discover those are some of the possible side effects.
