@Asiate got that right. The AMA has opposed the largest health boosting legislation in this country too. Who'd a thunk it? right along side big pharma. and of course big pharma has the CDC and FDA in their back pocket. so much for being a regulator.

vitamins have the oppostie effect on weight gain. vitamins make the body far more efficient. Food is broken down more readily, digested and disposed of much faster.To gain weight, you need to beef up on protein like a crazy person, and lift to your maximum once per week, per muscle group. The protein helps you bounce back faster, not gain weight.

I gave the correct dosage 300 MILIGRAMS daily. 1.2 isn't even a trace amount.Sir in the future don't engage in hyperbole with me. Thanks.

Too much can be harmful?aha.up to 2000mg everyday is without any harm and can benefit many diseases which are supposed to be not cureable.orthomolecular medicine is THE way to go.

1. too much b6 can be harmful? says who? it's water soluble. it will never be harmful. 2. 1.2 miligrams? is she on drugs? that's not even a trace amount. so one one-thousandth of a gram is the max daily allowance? who wrote this hogwash.for those who need vitamin b6 300 milligrams daily should be the bare minimum you take. excellent for immune, carpal tunnel syndrome, depression... etc.
