So far I've learnt jackn up with B12 with needles is much more efficient that tablet form. But is it true weight trainers use B12 to bulk up?

Thanks for the information. I'm low on potassium due to my cancer and my Oncologist does not want me to take pills. I don't eat enough to get my strength back, so I am going to use the B-12 pills. It's been over 2 years. I'll deal with him later.

Getting the B12 through out food or pills aint the problem. The fact that your body (stomach) cant absorb B12 from food nor pills into the bloodstream must be said. Therefor needles come in handy since in allot cases b12 deficiency comes with an error inside the stomachwall to filter b12 (sorry dont know the right word in english)

Any thoughts on there being an organelle living inside your body/cells that migrates magnetically? Are you keeping it moving as much as you used to? As much as it needs to? Can you think of ways to? Search + Share ~ Magnetrition

I'm a vegan and I don't take any supplements. I know a man who has been a vegan for 30 years and he never take B12 and he does fine. He's 50 and have the body and the stamina of an 18 year old athlete. I think this B12 bullshit came from the meat and dairy industry to scare vegans and potential vegans. Remember, these are the same people who told vegans in the early days of the movement that plants don't have enough protein to support the human body. We now know that's a lie! Think!
