Just eat normal, its all about how much calories you consume each day and how much you burn it. just work out 1 hour's each day at least and you will feel the different.

just so you know, baby carrots are not actually baby carrots, it's regular carrots, skinned and cut and shaped into small carrot sticks,. it is not baby, and organic is not all that great, just peel regular carrots in advance
