I have Hep C and Hypothyroidism and Adrenal fatigue - I'm on Slow Push I.V. Glutathione since April last year. I'm feeling GREAT! I can highly recommend this substance - speak to your Naturopathic Dr. about this drug/supplement.

Has anyone tried inhaled glutathione? I know it's often used to treat cystic fibrosis. I found that NAC gave me kidney stones, and so do not take it any more.

All exercise causes oxygen to break down in the body forming oxidative free radicals - incomplete oxygen molecules - that will rip apart healthy cells to try and make themselves complete again. This is the "oxidative damage" that is often mentioned. Antioxidants present in a healthy body can deal with oxidative stress from moderate exercise, but get overwhelmed by excess, and then the damage occurs, and can be cumulative.
